I am a passionate, multidisciplinary LatinX executive with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategy and operations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven track record of driving organisational success through people leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence. My journey includes leadership roles at Google, Sun Microsystems, and Schindler Lifts, where I consistently transformed operations and sustained a strong team culture.
I began my Google journey as an early joiner in 2006, playing a pivotal role in the global expansion of a nascent sales and operations business. My strategic growth mindset and operational rigour enabled me to build high-performing teams and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction across diverse digital and consumer businesses. With a knack for simplifying complex challenges, I have developed strategies, optimised teams, and implemented process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
My operational acumen extends to leading large teams and achieving 10+ figure revenues. I am recognised as a deal maker and partnership creator, driving organisational success through strategic alliances and collaborations. My ability to forge partnerships has led to revenue growth and market share expansion, propelling countries and brands to become top performers globally.
My extensive professional experience includes leadership roles such as Southern Europe Director for Large Customer Sales, Head of Spain & Portugal Agency and PT Country Lead, Head of Agency for France, Head of Global Quality & Service Design, Head of Global Agent Care & Process Excellence, and Support Launch Manager at Google Ireland. In these roles, I consistently drove impactful strategies, operational efficiencies, and customer-centric initiatives.
Before joining Google, I worked as a Client Services and Marketing Manager for Sun Microsystems and Schindler Lifts. I was also a Marketing lecturer at Universidad de Palermo in Argentina and a Graphic Designer across a number of Advertising Agencies in Argentina.
With my blend of strategic vision, operational prowess, and leadership skills, I thrive on making significant contributions to the success and growth of organisations and individuals.
I have also served as an executive sponsor for initiatives fostering belonging within the Latin-X community at Google Ireland and contributing strategically to the growth and direction of Google's products and services. I hold two Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design from Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires, and an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University.
Beyond my professional achievements, I enjoy sports (including holding a black belt in Shotokan karate), cooking, and travelling with my family. My diverse experiences and people-centric leadership style make me a trusted advisor and a catalyst for organisational success.
